On the morning of July 24 2025 Hulk Hogan collapsed at his home in Clearwater Florida. Emergency responders arrived at 9:51 a.m. and performed CPR for over 30 minutes. He was later pronounced dead at Morton Plant Hospital at 11:17 am
Born as Terry Gene Bollea Hulk Hogan was a global icon in the world of professional wrestling. His rise to fame in the 1980s helped transform WWE into a household name. With his signature yellow outfit powerful physique and catchphrase “Whatcha gonna do brother” he became one of the most recognized figures in sports entertainment history.
Outside the ring Hogan appeared in movies and television including his memorable role in Rocky III. More recently he co founded Real American Freestyle a new wrestling organization where he served as commissioner. The debut event is scheduled for August 30 2025.
